I have never owned a Toyota before. I always believed they were out of budget range. The service was quick, had one issue with my first service check with the tire sensors showing low pressure. They resolved that issue, changed my oil and filter, rotated my tires and checked the brakes in less than 30 minutes. I was prepared to be there an hour or more! Stellar service today! Williams is the best!! They are friendly, professional, keep you informed on your vehicle, and do not do anything extra unless they consult you first. And very important they are honest and not out to just make a dollar by not being truthful and doing repairs that your vehicle doesn’t need. I trust them 100%!!!

Going to a dealership for repairs always costs more than going elsewhere, but with Williams Toyota you can be confident that they will do an outstanding job for a fair price. They take the time to explain what you need and why, even showing you if necessary, and do it within the agreed-upon time frame. And if you need to wait while the work is being done, their waiting area is exceptionally nice.

We didn't purchase here. We came for research and to help figure out what truck is best for our family. The tundra we looked at was amazing but lacked towing capacity we ultimately decided we needed. Our sales specialist Eric was amazing however. Sat down with us, went over our needs and wants. Took us on a test drive and gave us so much information on the vehicle. He was incredibly relatable and full of knowledge. He was excellent reviewing numbers and did not push us to pull credit etc. If im ever in the market for a secondary vehicle such as a sedan I would come back purely based on service! Update: We came back and purchased! Easy approval process and quick signing! Love our new 26 Tundra!

Fantastic experience with Mr. Evan Meister. I was on the market for a pre-owned commuting car, and had been looking for months. It is a very stressful process and there are a LOT of people out there that would be happy to scam someone into an unsafe and overpriced vehicle, especially to someone like me (a young person on the market for my first vehicle). Our dealer Evan was amazing and he never tried to push us into a certain car. He answered our questions with patience and grace, I'd recommend him to anyone else on the market. When I went to go sign the paperwork, the car was fully detailed and they provided us with all the paperwork organized and ready. Thank you!!!

Customer service was excellent! I sent there to fix an alignment problem that a local shop previously messed up. The pricing was great,they got me in and out within hours ,and they were very thorough in explaining exactly what they did. Cassidy was a delight to deal with and made everything smooth.

The work is always done in the expected time frame. All of the people there are very friendly and take time to explain any issues found and are very thorough with explanations of service points. The waiting room is exceptionally nice as well but the best part is their pricing for their service is very reasonable!

Went in for a repair. Came out with a fully serviced vehicle (unauthorized and/or tricked into authorizing). The service department changed spark plugs (drove an identical car for 460,000 miles without a plug change) changed air filter (I have a stack of them in my garage) changed cabin air filter (I laugh at people that have this done). I thought I was taking the car to a legit dealership….felt more like a city quick oil change scam operation. Anyway….screw me once…shame on you / screw me twice….that ain’t gonna happen As a follow up I discussed the issues (and others) with the general manager. We decided to chalk this one up to poor communication which benefitted the dealership. That’s closes this chapter. Unrelated to this experience we have exact opposite opinions of PA’s rules on DOCUMENT FEES. I’d suggest everyone go to PA.GOV for the truth.
