The service department changed spark plugs (drove an identical car for 460,000 miles without a plug change) changed air filter (I have a stack of them in my garage) changed cabin air filter (I laugh at people that have this done). I thought I was taking the car to a legit dealership….felt more like a city quick oil change scam operation. Anyway….screw me once…shame on you / screw me twice….that ain’t gonna happen As a follow up I discussed the issues (and others) with the general manager. We decided to chalk this one up to poor communication which benefitted the dealership. That’s closes this chapter. Unrelated to this experience we have exact opposite opinions of PA’s rules on DOCUMENT FEES. I’d suggest everyone go to PA.GOV for the truth. ”
